Our mission

Finally, a first step that actually helps.

Melody exists because too many women spend years feeling wrong and being told they’re fine.

The sleep disruption. The anxiety that appeared from nowhere. The exhaustion, the brain fog. The quiet, persistent feeling that something has fundamentally shifted. And then the doctor’s appointment where bloodwork comes back normal and you leave with nothing, not even a name for what you’re experiencing.

That experience is not unusual. It is, in fact, one of the most common experiences for women in their 40s. But common doesn’t mean acceptable.

Melody was built around a single insight: she is not yet in the market for a clinical service. She is in the market for an explanation. So we built one.

The Melody Report maps what she is experiencing across five health domains, explains what her pattern might mean, identifies other areas worth investigating, and gives her a formal letter and conversation guide she can bring to her doctor.

We are not a medical service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat. What we do is give women the one thing they have consistently been denied: a clear, honest map of their own experience. The clinical conversation can come after. Melody makes it possible.

What Melody measures

Melody maps five areas that often shift together: sleep and restoration, mood and nervous system changes, energy and metabolism, cognitive function, and body and cycle changes.
