This Privacy Policy explains how Melody Health collects, uses, and protects information when you use our educational symptom clarity service. This Phase 1 policy is a practical placeholder and should be reviewed by legal counsel before scale.

Information We Collect

We may collect your email address when you request your Melody Report. We also use your responses, domain scores, and Melody Report selections in your browser to generate your personalized experience.

How We Use Information

We use your information to generate your Melody Report, send email communications through Kit, improve our educational content, and understand campaign performance through UTM parameters and advertising pixels.

Storage

Your responses are stored in your browser session storage for Melody Report generation. In this Phase 1 build, individual responses are not stored on a Melody server. Your email may be stored by our email provider so we can send the Melody Report and follow-up education.

Third Parties

We may use Kit for email communication and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms.

Cookies and Tracking

Melody may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand site usage, remember campaign attribution, and measure advertising activity.

Your Rights
